Hallo:

I'm testing JXPlorer and I like it as a ldap client browser, specially due to the possibility of using html templates for accessing data.
And due to JXPlorer is written in Java, is possible to run it in an applet?
I'd like to publish and configure it for client users and it would be easy if is runs in an applet.

Thanks

Hi Felipe,

a bunch of folks have tried over the years (check the history of this
list!) and I think some have managed to do it. It's not necessarily a
great user experience though, as it struggles with the security model; JX
creates arbitrary network connections, and relies on a bunch of config
files that it tries to save to disk.
