Hi Greta,
I'm afraid I'm running on 10.6, and don't have access to a 10.8
system... some things to check:
a) is java installed? Open a console window and type: "java -version"
and see if you get something sensible
b) if java is installed, try running the shell script directly; go to
the application in a console window, and try to run 'jxplorer.sh', and see
if you get a more informative error message...
cheers,
- Chris

It appears that jxplorer doesn't work on OSX 10.8... when I open the
application, nothing happens (it doesn't launch or show up in the activity
monitor).
Anyway you can support OSX 10.8?
