JXplorer 3.2.1, CDS Silver release of OpenLDAP.
1. The 'Paste Alias' operation isn't working for us. We get the
following message:
javax.naming.directory.SchemaViolationException: [LDAP: error code 65 -
attribute 'cn' not allowed]; remaining name 'cn=Jo
Pitt,ou=Engineering,ou=Users,dc=verismart,dc=com,c=us'
In other words JXplorer seems to be trying to create an entry with a DN that
includes the 'cn' attribute of the source entry, and the 'alias' schema
doesn't have a 'cn' attribute. The DN should start with 'aliasedObjectName'
followed by the DN of the source entry. If you create the alias manually in
this way it works correctly and the result functions correctly as an alias.
Is this a known problem?
